QMTDisplayPro is the new generation of computer-less display camera offering more resolution and the possibility of superimposing on the image lines (QMTDisplayPro-B) and CAD drawings positioned automatically on the part (QMTDisplayPro-A).
With the range of lights and lenses of the QMT Vision Inspector platform, display solutions for all types of applications are possible.

An intelligent display with DXF overlay of the plans on the image
Color cameras with a resolution of 1'300 x 1'000 pixels and an acquisition speed of 25 images / second
The DXF plane is automatically displayed overlaying the acquired image. The alignment of the plane on the part is automatic

The software for high precision dimensional measurement without any programming.
Simply select the desired measurement function, place the part in the measurement area and read the measurement results on the screen. QMTMesure-Base includes a list of basic functions, options for advanced functions but also the possibility of adding personalized functions through the Fit For You program.

The control program is carried out using an intuitive interface comprising program templates, standard control equations and functions that automatically detect and offer the characteristics of the part. The operator can thus select the controls and define the tolerances, the control program is thus created automatically. It is also possible to add functions available in the QMTStore or to have a personalized function developed through the Fit For You program.

Qualimatest products can be customized both in terms of equipment and software. The first level of software customization is the addition of additional functions (available under QMTStore) or the development of a custom function.
On the basis of Qualimatest products, it is proposed to produce a labeled product on behalf of our customers who may be private or marketed by themselves.
