The QMTProjector-Cadran is a measuring device dedicated to the inspection of dials and discs. The heart of the equipment is a high-performance optical system for capturing very high-quality images of the entire product. The inspection is carried out by the operator based on this image and the automatically superimposed CAD file. The performance of this superimposition and the full view of the product allows for very fast and precise inspection. The latest generation QMTMesure-Pro software also offers the possibility of integrating automatic measurements. The QMTProjector-Cadran can also be customized thanks to the “Fit For You” program.

QMTProjector-Cadran Technologies
The heart of the equipment is a high-performance optical system for taking very high-quality images of the entire product.
This optical technology allows the elimination of optical defects of
magnification, perspective errors and distortion. In addition, QMTJust calibration guarantees measurement accuracy.

Telecentric green LED lighting. This lighting only allows you to view and measure the outline of the part, but with very high precision.

Applications of the QMTProjector-Cadran
The QMTProjector-Dial configuration is intended for the inspection of dials and date discs. The software integrates, in addition to the measurement functions, a CAD overlay (DXF, pdf, ...) with automatic positioning on the part
The QMTProjector-Cadran can be used for similar applications of print and pad printing controls.

Software for high-precision dimensional measurement with assisted programming
The inspection program is created using an intuitive interface that includes program templates, standard inspection sequences, and functions that automatically detect and propose part characteristics. The operator can then select the inspections and define the tolerances, and the inspection program is automatically created. It is also possible to add existing functions or to have a custom function developed using the Fit For You program.
The QMTCalqueControl function allows for fast and precise overlay of DXF onto the image. Positioning is automatic to ensure high accuracy and fast control.
Fit for You (F4Y) Program
Qualimatest products can be customized both from a hardware and software perspective. The first level of software customization is the addition of additional functions ( Complete list of functions ) or the development of a custom function. It is also possible to customize the equipment, for example, by modifying the field of vision or adding incident lighting.
Based on Qualimatest products, we propose the production of labeled products on behalf of our customers, which can be private or marketed by themselves.
