The version 2.0 of the WatchProjector presented at the EPHJ 2011
New features of the version 2.0
The WatchProjector allows the automatic control of watch components by cameras (dimensions, geometry, assembly, aspect, …). The technology of the optical measure is based on the QMT Vision Inspector performing platform. The ergonomic and the construction of the equipment are specifically adapted to the watch industry and guarantee a high rigidity level to reach the high level of accuracy of measures required.
New features of the version 2.0 :
- A new management of programs of measures including the possibility to create families of products using one common measure program with parameters
- A library of functions of horological measures (wheels, ancher, diameters, distance of centers, …) for a very simple creation of program
- A new optical system integrating a telecentric episcopic lighting
- A new intuitive users interface including telemaintenance
Advantages of the WatchProjector :
- Time of measure less than a second with a resolution until 0.5 µm
- Automatic recognition of the components allowing quick positioning (no precise positioning required)
- DFX superposition with automatic referencing on the component
- Ergonomics allowing accurate operations simultaneously to automatic measures
- Simple and efficient software that allows technicians to create programs
- Library of functions of horological measures
