The new measurement solution for turned parts
Optical inspection of parts of revolution with several diameters is a challenge with a standard apparatus with a vertical optical axis because it is difficult to guarantee the perpendicularity of the part to the observation axis. Qualimatest invented QMTVLine, a support for the inspection of bar turning parts that allows high precision measurement without adjustment, without planing and with improved measurement accuracy and not dependent on the operator. QMTVLine is initially offered on the QMTProjector-100-DECO device for the inspection of small turned parts.
A patent application has been filed for QMTVLine.
