qmt has intensified since January 2018 its investments in R&D in Barraux (France) and Plan-les-Ouates (Switzerland) in order to develop its range of products and services to best meet the requirements of our customers, in particular by taking into account the digital transition and Artificial Intelligence. The current situation confirms that our decision was the right one and therefore we will continue on this path.
In order to be able to deploy these new solutions to our customers, we must communicate with them to present them, explain them and thus assess their suitability with the customer's processes. These explanations are particularly important in new fields, they often even become training.
In the current situation related to COVID-19, it has become much more complicated to interact with our customers in person: lounges are no longer possible and visits are limited. We already have all the digital tools to communicate well, such as videoconferencing, but we believe that is not enough.
qmt will therefore intensify its digital communication through the website and the monthly newsletter with a strong focus on know-how, technologies and innovations. To replace the shows, we will evaluate the implementation of new digital tools including films and webinars. The choices will be finalized on the basis of our discussions so that they best meet the wishes of our customers. We will gladly take your suggestions and proposals into account.
